Do you have a waitlist for services?

We are currently accepting new clients. Once the evaluation is completed, treatment begins!

How do i sign up my child for feeding therapy?

Please fill out the NEW CLIENT FORM and a feeding therapist will contact you within 24-48 hours.

How long are feeding therapy sessions?

Each individual or group feeding therapy session is 50 minutes, with 5-10 minutes at the end for parent consultation/feedback.

how are feeding therapy services structured?

Depending on each child, individual sessions may be spaced out weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

how can I pay for therapy?

Payment is due at the time of service. The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Card

  • Flex Spending / Health Savings Card

  • Cash or Check

Please contact us if any other arrangement needs to be made.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, we do not currently bill insurance directly and are considered an out-of-network provider. At your request, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. If you do choose to submit for reimbursement, you would need to contact your insurance provider for your out-of-network benefits.

what do i ask my insurance provider?

If you are planning to submit a superbill for reimbursement, please ask your insurance provider the following:

  • What are my benefits for out-of-network speech therapy and occupational therapy?

  • How many visits are allowed per calendar year?

  • Is prior authorization required?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible? How much has already been met?

  • What percentage of the fee per session is covered based on usual and customary charges?

What is the cost of feeding therapy services?

Our rates are competitive for private pay in our area, and we do not increase them annually.

We offer a “prompt pay” discount on our therapy packages when paid in full.

can i observe my child’s session?

When feeding therapy begins, we encourage children to participate independently to establish rapport, routine, behavior, and develop a trusting relationship with their feeding therapist. Parents are welcome to observe sessions for home carryover, education of mealtime strategies, and to witness their child’s new feeding skills.
